We are gearing up for an exciting year in which to offer you, our vendors, a great and profitable season. This is the 19th season of the Pendleton Farmers Market. Our hope is to continue to see it grow and nourish both you and our customer base.

The Vendor Guidelines and Application are posted below. If you have questions on any aspect of the guidelines or application, please feel free to contact our market manager or any member of the board directly.

The Vendor Packets will be emailed to vendors on our current email distribution list. Hard copies of the packet will be mailed by US Postal Service to vendors who don't have email service. The packet contains the Vendor Guidelines, Vendor Application and the Direct Agent form. If you intend to be a vendor at our Market this year, please fill out the Vendor Application (and the Direct Agent form if it applies) and return it to:

Oregon's Farm Direct Nutrition Programs support:

  • Local farmers' markets and farmers

  • Limited-income seniors

  • Families with young children currently participating in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants & Children (WIC)


Farmer Sign-Up

All farmers MUST complete an application form with the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) and the Department of Human Services (DHS).
